This equipment is specially designed for coating PUR glue on the board before laminating. There is a set of gluing device, which contains a smooth silicone rodiameter of 240mm and heating power of 8.0KW, a metering roller with the diameter of 240mm and heating power of 8.0KW. There is a set of glue homogenwhich contains a glue homogenizing roller with the diameter of 240mm and heating power of 8.0KW. There is a set of conveyor roller, which contains two silwith the diameter of 180mm. The gluing device and the glue homogenizing device adopt dovetail groove structure respectively, and there is an automatic lifting dcan be set for overall lifting or independent lifting. The metering roller can be manually controlled, and the digital display. There is a folding conveyor before and for easy cleaning of glue. There are visible pneumatic lifting windows before and after gluing. The human-machine interface and the front and rear of the equipped with emergency stop buttons.
