1. Robot arm use vacuum stacker for stacking strips removal.
2. Ergonomic working platform.
3. Optimizing cut off saw cut the timber to the specified length and classify the timber.
4. Auto paddling system distributes the wood pieces with sensor recognition.
5. Continuous compound finger jointing machine for infeed length 3M and outfeed length 12M materials.
6. Curing storage (2 layers) with lug chains
7. 100m per minute high speed moulder
8. Paternoster feed the timber to 1st floor working station.

9. Automatic rotary press for wooden beam.
10. Double surface planer for max 650mm wide x 260mm height materials.
11. Beam planer for max 610mm wide x 260mm height wooden post or beam.
12. Beam saw for cutting 12M long beam into customized length.

1. Factory Size: LxW 60Mx40M=2400m2(2 floors)
2. Up to 12 m3/shift 8 hours for glulam beams
