The Profile Cutter Grinder is designed for grinding and sharpening knife profiles, ideal for profile cutters used in decorative strip production. It handles cutterheads with 2, 4, 6, 8 or more knives, which can be directly mounted without further adjustment. Equipped with optional speed control for various knives, and rotary tracing rod assemblies in different shapes to suit complex profiles. The curve-shaped slide simplifies angle changes and tool rest adjustment as wheel diameter decreases. A grinding wheel dresser enables fast shaping and wear correction, while the clamp and micrometric adjustment ensure precise positioning. Two-direction arbor positioning and template support reduce calibration needs. The tilting reset device allows quick and accurate repositioning after angled grinding. Cooling and washing systems prevent burning, remove chips, and aid cleaning. The machine is forklift-friendly for easy movement.
