We developed the Sanding Machine with Cross Belt for Furniture industry where across the grain Sanding is essential along with longitudinal Wide Belts Heads for Pre Seal Sanding, Post Seal Sanding.
Ultra-fine Sanding with extra high Grit Sanding Belt run with Chevron Belt underneath and controlled by Electronic Segmented Pad.
This Machine is also usable for long Panels where narrow direction grains need perfect Sanding and also widely used for Veneer Tape removal application.
In general the Cross Belt Mechanism is designed to fix at out feed of the Machine to ensure final finishing touch on the scratches created by other Sanding Belts.
