The biomass pellet production line is a complete set of equipment combination that processes agricultural and forestry waste such as straw, sawdust, and fruit shells into high-density pellet fuel through processes like crushing, grinding, drying, and pelletizing. The crusher is mainly used to handle large raw materials, breaking them into small pieces of 5-10 cm. The grinder further refines the small pieces of raw materials produced by the crusher, generating uniform fine powder that meets the particle size requirements for pelletizing. The dryer uses hot air to dry the excess moisture from the raw materials. The pelletizer uses high-speed extrusion by the pressure roller and ring die to form cylindrical pellets with a diameter of 6-12 mm under high temperature and high pressure, simultaneously achieving the solidification and density increase of the raw materials.
