Finger-Joint Line

The SOLID JOINT PD 5000 is a flexible finger jointing line which is used for processing manufacturing horizontal as well as vertical finger joints. The SOLID JOINT PD 5000 is designed to process timber widths of up to 150 mm, timber thicknesses of up to 50 (80) mm and timber infeed lengths as small as 150 mm.

No matter what kind of finger joints you would like to process – vertical or horizontal ones incl. Using scoring units – the SOLID JOINT PD 5000 is equipped with exactly the same shaping technology and tools as the high-capacity models manufactured by WEINIG. Due to precise cutting and the exact glue dosage, a final product is produced which is free of any mismatch, and only a minimum of machining allowance is required
