Cushion Pads are used in short cycle hot press to buffer the pressure and transfer the heat.
Cushion pads are placed between the hot platen and the press plate in the short cycle hot press machine, and widely used in the field of MDF, HPL, particle board , melamine board, floor, furniture etc
Fiber Cushion pads:
Materials: Chemical fiber and copper/brass wires
Types: 7*14,9*14 wires,multi copper wires or customized
Diameter of copper wire:0.20mm
Temperature:180°C
