Vacuum drying kiln(conduct heat by aluminium sheet)

Vacuum drying is a process of energy saving. Compare with conventional drying, vacuum drying hasower vapor temperature, and shorter drying period, that is 1/15-1/5 of conventional drying period,especially for timbers with high density and hard to be dried.
There is no temperature gradient caused by inner steam, so drying defects, such as bendingdeformation, cracking, surface hardening and color changing, can be prevented. Some bending timbercan be re-flattened by press drying process.
