WEKO-FlowTec

The WEKO-FlowTec fluid supply system is designed for 24/7 requirements with high environmental loads such as fiber/particle fly, dirt, etc. - such as in the wood industry.

The separate electrical control cabinet can also be placed further away in special central rooms. The fluid supply with hydraulic circuit is placed directly on the line. Instead of cartridge filtration, it contains a state-of-the-art, fully automatic belt filter unit that enables long and trouble-free continuous operation of the line even in difficult environments.
Another feature is the special pressure equalization system, which can work with low or fluctuating water inlet pressures. The working range for automatic refilling and dosing starts from 0.1 bar inlet pressure.

The system has an integrated SIEMENS PLC control and on demand could be fully integrated in your machine control via Profinet or Profibus connection and TIA-Portal.
