One Step Impregnation line for Kraft paper

UM-1 series one step impregnation line is chiefly used for impregnated phenolic paper for CCL （Copper-clad Laminate）, HPL, CPL and shuttering panels. It is an automatic production line and could perform impregnation, drying and cutting or rewinding in high accuracy and productivity.
Raw paper treatment starts from active unwinder by tension control, then goes through feeding rollers and directly reaches to dipping roller, dipping time can be manually adjusted by moving dipping rollers inside of the resin according to paper penetrability, after that the paper goes through the squeezing rollers for accurate resin pick-up application, then the paper passes the drying section and air cooling zone, after web aligner paper goes through water cooling station and enters into the rotary cutter to do sheet cutting in a high accurate size, finally reaches the stacker system or do roll-to- roll rewinding then deposit in the storehouse.
