Prime wood solutions company limited is located in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. We are a professional manufacturer of American black walnut, North American red oak, and American white oak. The main products of this company are sheet materials, solid wood flooring and sawn timber for the furniture industry.
Our monthly processing capacity for black walnut logs imported from the United States is 2,400 cubic meters. We focus on the production, processing and sales of black walnut logs from the excellent production areas in the northern part of the United States.
Every month, we purchase a large quantity of black walnut logs from these outstanding production areas and process them.
The factory is equipped with 4 automatic log sawing lines, 12 80-cubic meter drying ovens and 12 100-cubic meter drying ovens.
During the processing, we adopt complex techniques: the black walnut logs are cut and then undergo high-temperature steaming, degreasing, color staining, and finally drying. These techniques ensure that each piece of board and veneer presents a soft and uniform beautiful color and enhances its stability.
We follow strict production procedures, including sawing, 72-hour high-temperature steaming and strict grading rules, to provide the best quality to our partners and customers.
