The FanningMate is designed to fan pre-glued veneer bundles. Unlike manual fanning, this fanning machine offers a solution to avoid the pre-glued veneers from sticking together. This can also avoid time consuming and imprecise manual fanning process, especially for long veneer bundles. This FanningMate can be employed as the second station after Double Sided Veneer Glue Applicator (GlueMate 700) as well as a single unit after a manual pre-gluing process.
