Description
The Double Sided Veneer Glue Applicator, GlueMate 700, ensures precise application of adhesive to both edges of veneer bundles eliminating airborne contaminants and operation inconvenience. Both Urea based or PVAc glue work well with GlueMate 700. The machine is consisted of a rigid welded steel body and equipped with two glue-pots devices for precise application of glue to the veneer edges. As the veneer bundle is passed through the glue rollers, a thin and consistent film of glue is applied onto the edges of veneer bundles. Coupled with INNOVATOR’s Double Knife Veneer Guillotine (CutMate D series) & Crossfeed Veneer Splicer (UltiMate series), the perfect veneer cutting and jointing work is accomplished with high production efficiency.
