Applications:
Real wood veneer, thermoplastic foils (PVC, PET) and other finishing materials are laminated on the surface of 3D work pieces, such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, wooden doors and other wooden products.
Features:
By adopting silicone membrane and multifunctional frame, control and adjust the time, temperature and pressure in the equipment chamber to heat and press the thermoplastic foil/ veneer and wrap them on the surface of the work pieces.
Semi-automatic or fully-automatic 3D press lines with different configurations and technical parameters are available.
Production cycle up to 40 times/hour.
