Four side moulder

LEADERMAC moulders deliver feed speeds up to 36 mpm with simple front spindle adjustments. Vertical spindle and feed table setup keep cutterheads stable. Each spindle has its own motor for precise milling. Pneumatic feed rollers (infeed, midfeed, outfeed) are individually adjustable with external gauges. The heavy, sound-insulated enclosure reduces noise and improves safety. Hard-chrome plated tables, guides, and chip breakers maximize wear resistance, while automatic lubrication and dry bearings cut maintenance. A rigid cast iron/steel frame ensures durability. Powered outfeed rolls keep thin or smooth materials steady. High-precision spindles with four bearings run at 6,000 RPM (7,200–8,000 optional). T.C.T. chipbreakers resist wear and prevent vibration. Heavy-duty gearboxes and universal shafts provide smooth, backlash-free feeding with consistent power.
