Two Steps Impregnation line for melamine impregnated paper

UM-2 series two steps impregnation line is chiefly used for impregnated melamine paper for HPL, CPL and LPL panels. It is an automatic production line, and could perform impregnation, coating, drying, cutting or rewinding in high accuracy and productivity.
Raw paper treatment starts from unwinder by tension control, then enters into impregnation station by feeding rollers, after kiss roller and sky roller for penetration then directly reaches to dipping roller inside of the UF/MF resin vat, after that the paper goes through the squeezing rollers for accurate resin pick-up application, then the impregnated paper passes the 1st drying section and 1st air cooling zone and enters into 2 nd coating station for MF coating, then dried by 2nd drying ovens and cooled by 2nd air cooling station, after web aligner paper goes through water cooling station and enters into the rotary cutter to do sheet cutting in a high accurate size, finally reaches the stacker system or do roll-to-roll rewinding then deposit in the storehouse.
